Store Return Policy

Your peace of mind is important to us. We want you to be happy with your On My Hanger purchase. In the event you are not, the following is our Store Return Policy. 


On My Hanger will happily accept your return for item(s) purchased from our store except those included on the Excluded Items list (see below) within 21 DAYS from delivery date.   

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be UNUSED and in the SAME CONDITION as received.  IF THE GARMENT HANG TAG HAS BEEN REMOVED, ON MY HANGER CANNOT ISSUE A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT. 

Excluded Items

The following Excluded Items are deemed non-returnable and shall be considered FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for a return:

  • Clearance      
  • Bandeau Bras/lingerie/Undergarments/Headwear.
  • Jewelry
  • Gift certificates and gift cards
  • Merchandise that has been worn or washed, and/or has been damaged or stained with deodorant, makeup or perfume


To submit your purchase for a refund, please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets On My Hanger’s criteria.

Shipping Costs

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. On My Hanger cannot and will not assume responsibility for returned items that are lost by a third party. 


Please allow ten (10) business days for return processing. Once your return is received and inspected, On My Hanger will email you to confirm that we have received your returned item(s).  This confirmation email will also notify you of the approval OR rejection of your refund request.

If you return is APPROVED, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the method of payment used in your original transaction. Please note the availability of monies refunded to your account shall be at the discretion of your bank and/or credit card company NOT On My Hanger.

If you return is REJECTED because your return item(s) are received by On My Hanger after the 21 DAY return period, your order may be returned to you and your account charged additional shipping costs.


If you have not received your refund, first check with your bank or credit card company to inquire about when the refund will be posted.  If you’ve done this and you still have not received the refund issued to your card by On My Hanger, please contact us at:


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or promotional purchases (when a discount code is applied) cannot be refunded.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift certificate to On My Hanger for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you personally, we will send a refund to the purchaser on record.


On My Hanger shoppers may elect to receive store credit instead of a refund for returned merchandise. Merchandise may be returned for online credit within 21 days of the day you receive your package.


Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED merchandise you must contact our warehouse within three (3) days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.
